You Have a friend waiting for you at Life storage and her name is Ginger. We sold our house and I moved all our contents into 2 large units here. Ginger's positive attitude helped me through the stresses of moving. Her continuous positive attitude is uplifting. After touring several storage places you can tell Ginger isn't just going through the motions. She knows her facility and helps you select the right sized units and manage any changes or bumps along the way. I imagine the storage business can have quiet lonely times and busy times. Either way you find her she has great energy. I've walked in there and she's been 4 people deep but she's professional and efficiently gets the job done. As far as the facility it's conveniently located. Well lit and the temperature control was even. Upon removing our items there was very little dust on them and no smell or bugs. Highly recommend. Would use this facility again. Phil

We have rented from Life Storage twice, and have been very pleased with the facility. The facility is clean, organized and easily accessible. What made the difference of our experience was Ginger, the Manager. Ginger went out of her way to assist us with our ever-changing needs of temporary storage. She was professional, upbeat, and very eager to help in whatever way she could. Life Storage has a great asset in Ginger. She is really the BEST!!!

Ginger is that "go to " "Professional Person" everyone expects when they come to Life Storage in ( Naperville). Frustration is all apart of moving your belongings; whether that is an all out move of all your belongings or just added personal effects that you want to store. What makes Ginger stand out is that she is totally authentic, totally honest, and totally trustworthy, Ginger? Well she brings to her job a willingness to assist her customers; an enthusiastic persona of "no problem is to big to tackle" and truly wants to be at her job each and everyday!!! Ginger loves what she does and it shows in her respect for her customers. Excellent job Ginger!!! 5 STAR RATING IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE GINGER... SHE IS ON TOP OF HER JOB!!! Ginger is absolutely an asset to Life Storage! Cheerful, efficient, and extremely pleasant, she always goes the extra mile. Every time that I come in to the building, I'm greeted promptly and professionally. Too bad you can't clone her! The building is always clean and well kept. I've never had any problems or issues with my space, parking or taking care of my account. I will continue to use this facility and Ginger is a HUGE part of the reason for that!
