U-Stor-It Self Storage Lisle

They had my card on file, my bank cancelled it right when they were going to process payment so it didn't go through...I received a text two days after informing me that my payment didn't go through so I called an let them know I was waiting for my new bank card and could call them when it came to re-set up my direct payment....three days later my card showed up and I also got a text that I was receiving a late fee on top of my monthly charge..... I called and let them know that I could pay with my new card and asked that they look up the record that I informed them that my account was in transition due to some fraudulent activity with bank of America....they had no understanding an did not remove the late fee of $50, called to refute this with their cooperate office and they said someone would call me about this.....still haven't received a call back.... this is my 3rd month with them AND I was referred from a family member who already has a unit, they any real customer service

Great staff. Climate controlled space available, easy move in and out. Office sells moving supplies.

I give a star to the space, its clean and easy in and out. Their corporate office and Managers are the worst with resolving any issues on my account, go elsewhere for better service.
