THE BEST BUTCHER IN THE WORLD Not much else to say, really. While we live within walking distance and buy ALL of our meat here, we would happily take a long drive for the quality of food here. Simply unbelievable - from stuffed turkey roasts to beautifully-marinated hot wings, Zinman is absolutely perfect. You MUST try their Zinman rub. Made in-house, this smoky-sweet ambrosia is by far the best dry rub I've ever had. On top of all this, the people are absolutely wonderful - always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. One of the best butcher I know of in Montreal. Good prices, excelent service and unbeatable quality. As mentionned in other reviews they probably can get you any piece of meat thinkable. Must try for people in Villeray/Parc ex

If you want to make some sausage, capicollo or any kind of cold cuts, Zinman is the place. They wont ask you what you`re talking about when you will tell them about those. I found the right meat and intestines ready in 30 minutes. Good luck to get this stuff elsewhere with the same kind of service.
