I can believe I haven't rated this place yet. I was there before the fire, visited during the trailer period and now this beautiful place. Prices stayed the same! Quality is good!! Always fun to look what's one special - this time it was pilons and cooked them the minute got home. Worth the stop every time.
Recurring online customer, they deliver quickly despite we live quite remotely, everything was always delivered frozen and impeccably packaged. The meat quality is excellent.

Both of them are really professional and always in a really good mood,very polite and true hardworking people and i wanted to say thank you to both of them and also your ducks are really good,the best ive ever eaten in my entire life! Architecturally, the shop is an impressive blend of old Quebec barn and slick modern showroom, which serves to highlight its wide array of duck products. If it's made from a duck you can purchase it here. Friendly, accomodating staff, fluent in French and English.
Outstanding duck farm with a great shop featuring lots of duck products. Fresh and frozen duck, whole or in parts as well as fantastic value added duck products such as foie gras, prepared pates, and condiments. Can't recommend this place enough.
As the chef to the Knowlton pub these guys helped me out with my menu. Great prices and quality goods.
The store is in a trailer new building is being built, great products and very nice staff. We plan to stop by every time we are in the area to stock up on yummy things.
