Only went once for lunch. Great experience, nice atmosphere and great food. Had a very nice waitress. Bit pricey... one could say justified

Great atmosphere! Open kitchen with bar you can sit at and watch the chefs. Excellent service.

The chef and staff were too busy entertaining their friends to bother with us. We waited an hour for the appetizer then another 45 minutes for the main courses. All the while we could see dishes and samples being doled out to the people across from the chef as he regaled them with stories and who knows what all. At least someone was having a good night out. Though it wasn't us that's for sure. I guess they are happy with the customers they have and are not interested in getting new ones.

Had the calamari appetizer 7 pieces and half a Cornish hen over barley risotto and two pieces of rapini. The food was delicious...just not enough. We Had to ask for bread and she brought only eight thin slices for six people. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

"Simple" is an apt term for this cozy bistro: the short-ish menu makes it easy to choose, and a 3-course prix fixe is a good value, while each dish brings together a handful of flavours on each plate that work harmoniously. An heirloom tomato salad showcases Ontario's best, with roasted hazelnuts offering a delightful crunch. Flat steak is flavourful but could be more tender, served with a too-small smear of roasted corn puree. Dark chocolate and coronation grape mousse is a redeeming end to a satisfying meal. Service warbles between over attentive and forgetful, never hitting the right mark. Still, one of the better choices around Niagara.

Great spot. Soups are always delicious and can t go wrong with the steak or pasta from this place. It's a bit cool in the winter time.

I've been a regular since it opened. Never a bad meal and always a great experience.

We had our annual Christmas party at zest and the stuff and food were equally wonderful.
