Had an adult birthday party here. Called ahead to reserve a spot for our large group. Restaurant and bar staff especially the manager were on top of it and took great care of us. Bowled for 2hrs. Bowling staff were very helpful too. Great place to have a party. Would highly recommend.
My daughter loves it here. We go whenever we can! Can't wait for summer and the kids bowl free!
They have the typical food you'd find at a bowling alley, but there are some pleasant surprises. It's the only place in town to get shepherds pie. ...plus they have Mt. Dew... The outside seating is great in the summer, as long as employees aren't on a smoke break outside.
Just left there, we have no idea if the food is good or not. Got our coffee and water but couldn’t get our waitress to take our order , apparently gabbing with her friends in the bar was a better way to earn her pay check . Needless to say we probably won’t be back. It’s a shame really considering our crew will be working here for the next two years.
Went in for my birthday and reserved a lane for 2 hours for 2 people. Asked if we could get our money back if we didn't want to bowl for the full 2 hours and we were told we could. After an hour we went to get a refund and they said they'd put the money on a card for the arcade. Went back after a few games to get our money back and were told they don't do refunds....why didn't they say that when they gave us the card? Also the lane stopped working or was super delayed several times. Just felt a bit dishonest. Was pretty overpriced and the service wasn't good
When in Pullman. Zeppoz is, coming home. Great staff. The food is great. I'd recommend one item but honestly everything on the menu is solid. After coming her for over a decade. Great food. Good drinks. Bowling is always fun as is spending some time in the arcade. As much as it's not my thing, I've been in the casino a time or two and walked away ahead. Call it a win.
Well Google since you asked ... We went in today to try to beat the winter drab and we enjoyed the restaurant. We then paid for an hour and half of bowling was pit on lane 11 . It seemed after every few plays the pins would get stuck and lane would go down . While our paid time is ticking away . They did continue to fix it but after the 5th or 6th time of this happening my husband asked to speak to the manager and see if we could get credited a half hour more for the time we were missing out on. My husband was not rude by direct . His request seemed reasonable considering what we were dealing with. The manager had him step up to the counter treated him as if he was the one being disruptive and rude , gave us a refund and asked us to return our shoes as we left. I'm astonished to be treated in such a way considering our understanding and kindness in dealing with the inconvenience. We did appreciate the refund and quietly made our presence a thing of the past . We won't be returning anytime soon . Rude management. Wish we could speak to the owner but they live in Texas...
We had so much fun at the twins 12th birthday party at Zeppos. We were in the party area where the girls got a bowling pin to keep and a fun balloon bouquet! We has a great time bowling, enjoyed wonderful food, and had a blast in the arcade. Thanks Zeppos for making a special birthday party for 2 special girls.
We hosted a 16th birthday party here on a busy Saturday and the staff did an outstanding job! Food was quick and everyone had the best time. Thank you!
We just had my daughter's 10th birthday party at Zeppoz. It was so much fun and the staff was great! Thank you Zeppoz for my daughter's best birthday ever.
