I grew up in Pullman, had my 21 run here, still stop by every now and then when I'm in town to visit friends or family. The jolly rancher never disappoints and the food is always lovely especially the rotating desserts. Rico's is a lovely little local pub that will always have a place in my heart, can't go wrong coming here. It's basically got that chill coffee shop vibe, but it's a bar. Perfect place to play cards, visit, read a book and enjoy good food and good drinks.
Awesome service and great food. Honestly some of the best onion rings I've had, the burger was cooked to perfection, and their fry sauce really set off the side of fries. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone who comes to town to visit.

This place has my favorite fish and chips and mozzarella sticks in town. The atmosphere is chill and cozy and they offer a wide range of options for drinks. There is an area separate from the bar for playing pool. They have specials every day the whole so that you don't miss out the opportunity. Their staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful. Do be patient waiting for your order, sometimes they can take a little too long to bring your food. I have been living in the area for a year and Rico's has been my favorite place since I found out of it.
The food was great and I loved the atmosphere. If you live in or visit pullman, you should definitely put this place as a must see bar and grill.
This place lives in your memory with it's weathered bar, great atmosphere, and character galore. You can almost see past jazz musicians playing in the smoke filled basement for years past. Have visited multiple times on our visits to WSU. The charm of the place is exceeded by the staff and the owner who jumps from line chef to slinging drinks telling stories and listening the whole time. Rico's is a place to visit, have a cold drink and breath in a past era with great people.
Ordered large onion rings, chicken fingers and jalapeno poppers. The food was top quality. Also ordered a couple of cocktails - castaway and pippy. They weren't strong and had a lot of ice. That's why I haven't given five stars. Also played pool which is $0.75 per game. They also had live music. Overall, a great dining experience, though I wish the drinks had been better.
I love that it is the same as when I went to school here. It's timeless in the best of ways. Clean, prompt, tasty, chill atmosphere.
I ordered a salad at 6:55pm today, and I didn't get it until 7:45pm 50 minutes even though the servers bugged the chef 3 or 4 times. My friend and I were long ready to go already at 6:55pm, that's why I ordered a simple feta salad with no protein because I figured it would be quick. I ordered the salad before it even got busy. The worse part is when I got the salad to go, and got in my car, the salad didn't have my dressing I ordered with it, REALLY !? I wasn't about to go back in and waste more of my time. Probably will not order food here again.
Rico's is probably the best bar in town. They have really lovely service, live music, pool tables, and a fireplace. They no longer have the vegetarian black bean burger unfortunately but they do have the beyond burger now for a significant upcharge. I wish they'd revert back.
