I’ve been here a few times now, and I must say their food is really good. My favorite is the sweet potato fries. The rice meals they have are great, I’ve tried the salty chicken, stuffed cheese chicken and minced pork and I liked all of them. I also had a beef soup and it’s broth is tasty. Oh and the drinks are awesome, I highly recommend the original pearl milk tea, it’s really good. Service is fast and staff are nice and friendly.
This is the number one place for hot and cold Chinese Desserts in Niagara. All dessert portions are well served and sugar levels can be controlled for most items. Make sure you try their savory Dishes too. You will be surprised how well done it is. Entrees come with a wide selection of sides and the Fried Chicken mouth watering. All orders are self-written on paper and may lead to confusion. There are also many items on the menus which are unavailable and not stricken off. The super friendly staff can speak Mandarin and Some Cantonese. Fun clean and modern atmosphere. Free Store WiFi and Clean onsite Unisex Washroom. Download their App to collect points for Free items. Free Parking Available and Charging Stations for E-Vehicles. Bus Hub onsite. Loses 1 Star for not always having menu items available for purchase.
I've been to Zenq many times and have always enjoying my experience. Winter melon tea and red been Tofu pudding are highly recommended!! The staff are really professional, friendly and polite. Orders are always right! If they don't have it then they always alternate. They do get busy during peak times, but they handle it!
Avoid this place. I order pork ribs with rice. Only 5 ribs, not even a full mushroom. All rice. Must be a cheap owner. Don’t waste your money. If you really wanna Chinese food. Try Ma.
What's wrong with your portion size? One order of octopus balls is $8.50 before tax and you can't even be bothered to fill the cup more than halfway. Edit: The 6 "balls" inside the cup are actually 6 halves which equates to a whopping 3 whole octopus balls for almost 10 dollars. What a steal!
Food is always absolutely fantastic three uncles Korean chicken. Bubble tea is also great. Every time I order, it arrives fresh and hot. The bubble tea cold haha. My favourite is the salty crispy chicken, it’s so good! I recommend to anyone trying here for the first time! I also like the milk pearl tea, that is always my favourite bubble tea and it does not disappoint!
Not a pleasant experience visiting here. Menu on the board has price missing and few prices mentioned are also different from their actual price. Waited a few minutes before the staff took our order and wait time is too long. The menu has no clear description of the food you order but just their names. Not worth the money at all considering how expensive the food is at this restaurant.
Most disappointing experience. I went in there on a weeknight seeing that there was no one in line and ordered a traditional pearl milk tea. Although there were 4 workers there, I stood at the register for a solid minute before anyone acknowledged me. Placed my order and waited 10 minutes for someone to make it. Of the 4, only 1 person was working and preparing orders while the other 3 stood around and chatted with each other. Even if you're on break or not on schedule, take the conversation somewhere else as it was infuriating to stand there and know that my drink was not being made. Drink itself was also very disappointing and not worth the wait. If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. Never returning.
I've walked by this place a couple times and it just smelled so good I had to walk in. Got the braised pork combo which comes with 3 sides and it was really good! The food was filling and I could barely finish it lol. The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Haven't tried the drinks yet but they've got a large and promising selection.
Staff are great, their food and drinks are delicious, I definitely recommend the Oreo Iced Cocoa Diamond drink and the Oreo Waffle!! 10/10 will be coming back soon!
