Zehrs

I have had nothing but amazing experiences by the staff who help with curbside pickup. I order from PC Express frequently and have always had positive interactions with the staff members who have helped me. Today I spoke with Kenzie and she was awesome! Incredibly friendly and helpful and provided service with a smile. I have a special needs child who relies on Pediasure products and I noticed that the quantity received was less than what I required. She understood my concern and even called me back after checking when the next order would arrive. It made my day!nnI also wanted to mention another instance where Kevin provided me with excellent service when I came to pick up my online order very late. I had something going on and by the time I made it to the store it was closing time. He remained patient and helpful when I came to pick up even though I apologized for being late. He probably wanted to go home after a busy day but remained incredibly professional. I don't forget this experience.nnI have forgotten some of the staff members names, but I just want to THANK YOU ALL for being so wonderful! I hope you are recognized for your hard work and professionalism! Thank you.

Always go here for 15 years. Love it. This is awkward … but man they got one super stinky guy there. Massive b/o and everyone knows it. I avoid his line like the plague. Someone needs to say something. He’s handling my food…

Bakery staff look like they dont want customers coming in. Very cold and rude tone to answering basic questions. Its my kids birthday cake so its a moment where bakers need show some excitement or interest/ effort listening to how we want the cake to be designed but instead we were made to feel like a terrible inconvenience.nnObviously we are not bakers so we have to come to you to bake our cake that we will pay money to you for and so of-course we will have questions. So maybe tone down the passive aggressiveness and the eye rolls and up the level of customer service.nnA smile goes a long way and there just wasn’t any to be seen here.nnWe instead went to Metro and the lady there was super friendly and nice and gave us all sorts of suggestions and guidance on our customized cake all for a much better price as well!

I’ve not had many good experiences at this Zehrs but today was the cherry on top. I will never be coming to this Zehrs again. I usually do not go to the Starbucks at Zehrs but was in a pinch for time. I ordered a white mocha- my usual and instead got a white hot chocolate with the cup labelled white mocha- it was pure milk in the cup. I called the store and was asked to come back so they can check my cup. I drove back and was told they’d remake the drink for me- no apologies and same size. Atleast apologize for the inconvenience. This truly is the worst grocery store in Cambridge due to their poor customer service and over priced goods. Very disappointed. Starbucks should pull this stall from this grocery store.

It’s like an overpriced no frills. Same layout. I always divert to Food Basics and save 30% on groceries. We deserve a better grocery store in Hespeler
