It's a grocery store so you know what your getting! What I will say is the staff are all excellent and helpful and friendly, especially at the front end!nnProduce always seems freshnnPrices are a little steep compared to other grocery stores but that's a zhers thing in general thanks Galen!

Grumpy arrogant kids with an attitude. Like girl or guy, you work at a grocery store. Touch some grassnnBack in my day, we’d greet customers with smiling faces 9-5 even if we didnt want to. Customers should always come first.nKids today are very spoiled, ungrateful and their attitude is through the roof.nnI dont ever recall getting a hello or how are you miss, like ever from the employees here.nnWheres the kids manger? Every time i come to this store i barely see any adults working here. Maybe having a manager actually manage will improve their customer service skills.

So that's two weeks in a row that this place has lazy cashiers that don't help with bagging groceries. Just standing there talking with other staff. Meanwhile there's a queue of people waiting. Really gone downhill. What's the point of paying premium prices so you can watch staff do the bare minimum?

Not impressed, go to deli counter, girl leaning on the counter back to the floor and on her phone! When she finally came to the counter I asked for 300g of sliced summer sausage, first half was paper thin shaved! Told her I asked for sliced, instead of fixing the order she just added the thicker slices to the thin stuff. I have to wrap large pills in this, it is falling apart!

I had just had a total knee replacement and realized I needed to order balloons and flowers for my daughter‘s birthday. Catherine and her team put together the most beautiful bouquets, both floral and balloons. I just wanna say thank you with gratitude for not only a job well done but a job done with compassion and love and we will be using Zehrs floral department from now on. And by the way, they delivered these to my home for me as I cannot drive yetn
