Surprise Dog Food Find So, I have come to appreciate this little supermarket for their what I’ll call breakfast kabobs. If my 10 year old like ‘em, they must be good. Given its limitations in terms of size, their butcher is very competitive with all you’d ever expect to find. Thus far, I’ve been very happy with their minced meat and chicken cuts. On pure spec, not expecting much in return as far as an answer, I asked for bones for my dog. To my delight, SHAAN has a whole section of packaged food in 1 litre size containers including beef cubes, chicken feet, chicken red bone, beef tongue, chicken breast and of course the ol’ standby - bones. Chicken bones that is. There are even some other items that I didn’t jot down. The service here is friendly and helpful. It appears they have a variety of spices, but are not really afresh produce grocer apart from lemon, ginger and garlic.

We go shopping at this store for its cleanliness and organization. It has a quite good variety of items. The meat section is nice. However, prices are higher than elsewhere when we go shopping there. Meat section services are getting less accommodating and people don't accommodate your needs as before due to new store policies.

So I went Shaan food Cambridge purchase meat I understood they are stop giving plastic bags for grocery's but extra transparent bags I really need for meat to make portions guess what they refused me sorry we don’t give plastic grocery bags I said I need transparent bag for meat no we cannot give you. Fine if you guys do business like that you will loose customers. I boo to you and request to all Cambridge citizen to go Al ummah aur Al shukran rather than shaan foods because this is very insanse not to giving good services

Awesome ok place to find fresh halal meat and chicken. Also, you can find some amazing middle eastern spices and products.

NO PRICE DISPLAY AT CASHIER COUNTER. There is no Price display for customers at the cash counter, normally prices are displayed as the item is scanned in other stores. It is highly recomanded, the prices of the items should be clearly displayed at the cash counter. Meat quality is better. Prices other than meat are on high end.

Previously, we used to buy a lot of things and everything was good, but recently they had a lot of expired things, and then they were in the store

Good place for desi food. Most of Pakistani and indian products and couple of arabic items. Fresh halal chicken and meat. Frozen products as well.

Good clean store. Friendly staff, good variety of food items.

This cardamom bag clearly says 50 grams and the price tag says 100 grams for 8.99. I asked the cashier to scan the packet and he said it scans as 8.99 and he cant do anything as manager works in the morning. I also came a week ago and asked the same cashier and he said he will let the management know so they fix this. Even after a week it was the same. He was very unhelpful and due to which I had to again not buy cardamom and walkout. I told him to charge me half price and he said he cant. Kindly fix this.

Amazing store, I now go 2 times a week for supplies. Some of the best selection for cooking ingredients. Had hard to find spices at a very good price. The cuts are meat are so cheap and tasty. Shaan Foods has a customer for life now.
