My friendly outgoing sister introduces me to all the people in the store who work there. She goes there often and finds it an excellent place to shop.nThey do seem to have competitive pricing on certain items and some attractive bargains. Also have items available front and centre season relative.nThe promotions are carefully arranged to entice shoppers to buy more.nExtremely busy and helpful staff who are always willing to help.

This is the worst shopping experience ever! I am unsure who trained the girl Becky who does most of the work with the grocery pick up but perhaps she should be trained in customer service seeing as it is a big part of the job. We had first thought it a fluke someone so rude could be in this position, however even after 3 charges for the same order came in on our credit card, she was still rude and ignorant when we phoned to inquire about what had happened, since we all know mistakes happen but not with Becky I guess. The most mind baffling thing happened we purchased 1kg of Mircale Whip and wouldn't you know it, it was outdated last week?? This stuff is plastic so someone is not doing the most basic of stock rotations, so instead of training employees to be rude and ignorant you should likely train them in the most basic fundamentals of the job. This has been our last visit to this store and we will be emailing corporate again. In this day and age of high prices nobody wants to work all day and take ignorance while simply picking up groceries, it is our hope noone else has to deal with this attitude and perhaps management will make a more inviting environment for those wanting to do business there.

Will not be shopping here anymore. The fruit is ALWAYS rotten or rotting. A decent portion of the meat is usually out of date, and the staff at self checkout are rude and clearly the ones putting stuff out dont care to check. After encountering all three yesterday I've finally had enough. It's no trouble to just go to food basics and m&m meats. Zehrs is a bit more expensive anyways, why bother?nnPay more for careless and rude employees, rotten fruits and meats. It's only saving grace is the processed crap which is always in abundance, and the vegetables which i haven't had a problem with. Not worth.nnNot sure if any of the positive reviews are paying much attention to the fruits or meats, I encourage them to eat healthier, and from a different store.

Okay store, awesome selection of produce and products. What’s with the stupid plastic on the stainless fence at the entrance and around the check outs. Why didn’t they just build a wall! The plastic really takes away the aesthetics of the store. For that reason, I will not be shopping anymore at this store. Sobeys here I come.

A very clean and we'll presented store. A nice selection of produce, meats, fresh bakery goods and ready to eat foods. This store also has a fairly large general merchandise and apparel section.
