The Pharmacist is rude as hell. I don’t know his name but he is a brown man. I called asking about Pavlovid because I tested positive for COVID. He told me I had to answer a few questions to qualify. One was “do you have a medical condition.” I said yes, I’m Celiac. He said “thats just an allergy, you don’t qualify.” I told him it’s not an allergy, it’s a serious autoimmune disease and absolutely falls under medical condition. He didn’t address that or care at all. Was incredibly rude and because of him I can’t get the medicine in a timely manner that will help me, an immunocompromised person, get better faster. I hope that jerk gets fired. Thinks he knows everything.

Switching pharmacies ASAP.nCompany worth over 57billion needs to charge $1 per prescription. Somehow the family owned pharmacies in town make it through just fine without a dispensing fee.nnOn a local note, the women who work here are terribly rude. I've met with two male pharmacists, both were fine just seemed to be in a rush. The true customer service horror is when dropping off and picking up prescriptions with the ladies there is one male pharmacy hand who is quite nice.

I haven’t had to use the pharmacy at this location but I always like going to this shoppers it has friendly beauty specialists, more than some others for products not all but for a smaller town has good options. I had the manger come over and help me with Christmas stuff coming up not on sale and he was nice too.

The Beauticians who work behind the Beauty Counter at this Shoppers Drug Mart location are AMAZEING and very ENTHUSIASTIC about what they do, and the advice that they give.  Bubbley and extremely knowledgeable, These ladies are very easy to approach and you can tell they love their job!!  It was really  GREAT advice given this muchly needed makeup basic like me!!   Lol

Was told didn’t need an appointment for flu and Covid vaccine so went at 12:00, registered even though they were 30 minutes behind on booked appointments. Waited an hour then they said they couldn’t do us. They were taking people that were booked out of sequence. Poorly run!!!!!!!
