I visited on October 2nd. There was a female employee at back area of the store that seemed to be treating a customer of the store extremely rude. When she saw me watching this she gave me a death stare and scoffed visibly in my direction. I'm not sure what I had done wrong to this poor woman other than be in the store. I was there to find insoles for my shoes and was waiting near the pharmacy to ask for assistance but this employee kept giving me dirty looks to the point I was not comfortable being there any longer. I did see a name tag on the employee that read Sarah. I hope that management of this store is able to remind this employee that there negative attitude and hostility toward people simply trying to shop is disgusting.nnThe other employees of this store were all kind and none of them made me feel threatened, they also did not go out of there way to scoff at me. Sarah try to be more like them and less like..... well you know :

Personally went in to transfer prescriptions 2 weeks ago. Was assured I would get a phone call when completed. No phone call and had to renew. Went online and got it done, but it begs the questions: Should the level of service be the same whether in person or online? I worry for those people not able to access online. And now that Shoppers REQUIRES two-factor authentication to log in, many under class and older people will not be able to access this resource. Given my poor recent experience at this pharmacy, I hope that further interactions will be more positive. Especially after a 30 year relationship with the pharmacy in Galt.

Everything in stock and at the correct price.  Prices and promotions are always marked clearly however, the nail polish was only on some, check the bar code! Curt and not too friendly cashier today. That's why I always checkout at the beauty counter, they are so nice

No sign on their store saying they were closed for Family Day. Store was closed when I showed up at 9:20.
