Wow, I was so impressed!!! Zehra Yonge donated so much food to the food bank and it's so incredibly gracious with the community. It's so nice to see all the fresh fruit going to families in need and I think it's so important. We shop here and support them because they're clearly doing the right thing by everyone in this area!

We had a very pleasant conversation with one of the cashiers yesterday right before closing time, when most of them are just wanting to go home. It was a wonderful customer service experience and we felt very grateful for that. The place was clean and the food was fresh as always. We always love shopping at this Zehrs location because it’s on our home.

Went to pick up my curbside order today. They had one young girl working alone on a Sunday and there were three other vehicles waiting when I pulled in. When she came to give me my order, she gave me one bin worth of groceries when I should had closer to four bins. I ordered 350 dollars worth of food, there’s no way it was all in one bin. I could tell she was very stressed and she told me she was alone and doing the best she could. It wasn’t her fault. You need to staff your services properly! Then she was running in and out trying to make sense of what was happening and stating she couldn’t find the rest of my order as another girl had packed it and she was now on break. She stated she had to call her manager. After waiting for 45 minutes, she finally came out with the rest of my order. I go to leave the parking lot but then see that one of items isn’t what I ordered. So I have to go in and exchange the item which they don’t have what I actually ordered so then I asked to have it refunded. Once I finally get home, I realize one of the bags of frozen fruit was opened already…like??? I waited over an hour for a pickup order, had to exchange one of the items and then one of the bags of frozen fruit was already open. Won’t use the curb side service again.

This store constantly has mislabeled items or unlabeled items mixed into an area with a similar label. Once or twice I can excuse but almost every time I come here I find some issue with a price at the register. Maybe I should be thankful for all the free groceries... This store really needs to get it together.
