Shoppers Drug Mart

Not good for service. Called the store. Answered by a machine, that said walk ins accepted for Flu and Covid shots. Went in. Was refused at the pharmacy counter, when the pharmacy was not busy and the person giving the shots was free. Was asked to make an appointment. Was told I can make an appointment for the same day, amd it should be oka. I asked, how does it make sense, when I am already here? No reason provided. Experience could be way better.

The lady at the beauty section in the front, she’s an older woman that speaks very little English was extremely rude and giving disgusting looks to me, The rude worker continued to follow me around the store and I was just there to get a prescription. It made me feel very uncomfortable and There’s seriously something wrong with her.nIf you’re reading this I’ll be going back to get your name and photo and I’ll be reporting you. Be a better employee and do your JOB properly.nNo one should feel like a criminal just for shopping. I can see a lot of other reviews that it is a problem at this location.nAnd you can see the type of people they only hire and they do a horrible job at this location.

Service at this SDM pharmacy location USED to be a great experience. But since they changed ownership a few years ago it has deteriorated badly.nnThe online prescription service often is not updated correctly which makes it difficult to renew prescriptions or know whether I have any refills remaining. Prescriptions have been double charged. Whenever I call with an issue it's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.nnI am disappointed and thinking about transferring all my medications to another pharmacy.

I used to enjoy going to this shoppers. Until recently there was a pricing error and I was entitled $10 off according to the scanner price accuracy code. But the manager and the assistant manager were both refusing me this entitlement. AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME! I am filing a formal complaint to the scanner price accuracy code line

I have never had a good experience here. Every. Single. Time. I pick up meds there’s an issues. Every time. No want to fix anything and after waiting 15-25 minutes in line just waiting to get to the pick up window you are forced to wait another 15-30 minutes for them to fix there mistake. The lack of customer service is disgusting.
