The hours for the post office should be listed clearly and it should be blocked off when it is closed — otherwise customers should be able to purchase post office accessories anytime

Questionable treatment by a clerk.nMy wife and I stopped into this location to buy some items and get some lottery tickets. We went to the main cash #1 to checkout. The clerk who was looking after self checkout came over and informed us that only cash payment was available at that till, no debit. We had to use self checkout otherwise. We questioned that and got told it was a store policy that had been in effect for a year. Needing lottery tickets, the clerk got those out and took us to the self checkout, scanned the lottery tickets, then assisted us in completing the checkout. While she was doing that, I watched another customer come to till #1 and get checked through by a different clerk. That customer paid with debit .. something we were told we couldn't do. Other customers behind that person had also lined up. I didn't see any of them get turned away or directed to self check out. Our feeling is that we were lied to by the clerk. Why, We have no idea. We rarely go in that location, but if we do and that happens again, I will ask to see the manager and address the situation. If this happens to you .. ask to speak to the manager.

White haired lady who works there mumbled under her breath while walking past an extremely rude comment. She could have stopped and had an actual conversation to resolve a conflict but instead walked away, she was very rude. That is no way to talk to customers in any situation. Someone needs to re-train her in customer service skills.

I would suggest going to a different pharmacy. Brutal service at the pharmacy. Doctor sent the prescription at 1030am. I showed up at 1215pm and they told me it would still be half an hour. I then show up at 115pm, and they haven't done a thing, telling me it would be 10 more minutes as they clearly have either forgotten or just don't care. No apology either.
