This is my favourite high-end store in Montreal. There are many luxury products you can browse and staffs are very friendly and professional. I especially recommend shopping with M. Frédéric Gauthier-Bergeron because he gives exceptional customer service and very knowledgable about the products. Two thumbs up.
Harry Rosen is a high-luxury retail store in Montreal. What distinguishes them is their customer care and attention to detail. Every time I come, I am welcomed and offered refreshments. The fidelity program has some excellent rewards. The website is user-friendly, and the interior design of the store is modern and inviting. My advisor Thierry gives professional help and is an agreeable person reflecting my perception of the whole staff I have encountered so far.
Went to buy a jacket the service was good the only problem is that the salesperson was supposed to call me back when that particular size for the jacket that I wanted to buy was supposed to come back in stock and he never did so I decided to buy it elsewhere.

The worse customer service I have experienced at a luxury store. Their sales reps judge you based on what you are wearing. They were free and roaming around and not one greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. I was in the market for a pair of dress shoes, my friend and I waited at the shoe section for over 15 minutes, a few reps waked by, looked at us and walked away. I am glad I walked a few steps further to Holt, their customer service was impeccable and I found my dream pair of dress shoes there. I will never walk into this location again.

Skip the fake " TOP Quality " shops around town and go directly to Harry Rosen for the real deal ! No one comes close to their level of quality merchandise and knowledgeable staff. An experience not to miss !
I would like to share with you all my very great experience at Harry Rosen shop. As a customer that gives a lot of value to quality and service i must say that Harry Rosen shop offers the very profound men's brands that exist in the market so if you look for quality and diversity this is the place for you. More importantly is the great service and professional team that Harry Rosen has. this team is there to help and they are very knowledgable and enthusiastic about men's fashion. if you are not sure about a certain brand they are there to advise you and make sure you have the best buy. i am new in town and alraedy visited the shop few times and purchased some nice stuff. i definitely will recommend it and will come back. i would like to mention especially Elie, Caitlin, Rahib and Kumar who were very very helpfull. thank you and see you soon :
Really great service. Great help and great ideas and suggestions from Kevin. Definitely I’ll visit this store more often when I am back to Montréal
I really enjoyed shopping there.The stafs were superfreindly and helpful. Kumar helped me alot to find the right suit. He is an amazing seller. The way he presented his job can be a standard for other sellers.
