Opened in 2006 by Culinary Institute of America Graduate Michael Zambito; who decided to roll the dice and return to his hometown to provide Medina with the Ultimate Dining Experience he felt the locals deserved. Since then, the once seemingly vacated Medina Downtown Business District has boomed around his 400 block storefront. Today the Historical Business District along the Erie Canal has set the standard in small town rehabilitation for similar surrounding towns as it continues to grow and develop as a quaint getaway for residents of the surrounding Buffalo and Rochester Metro. Chef/Owner Michael uses local seasonal ingredients and wines to compliment his Refined American Comfort Cuisine with an Old-World Italian Family Root.
