Nice clean store with friendly, helpful staff. Typical good quality DD coffee.

I come to this location everyday and I always ask for my bagel to be double toasted. I'm not one to complain but I called the manager and told her that the bagels are never toasted. Today I went and asked for a double toasted bagel and I kid you not the bagel never touched the toaster, so I'm convinced this is being done on purpose. I'll find somwhere else to get coffee and bagels.

Takes forever at the drive thru. Slow, slow, slow service and they never get your order right. Tim Norton's much better all the way around.

This is by far the slowest dunkin doughnuts around. I go to this dunkin doughnuts every day and it never improves. You could be the only person in the drive through pull up to the menu board and they're like I'll be with you in a moment..... 3 or 4 minutes later, it's sad. The line is usually out to the road but hey gotta have my dunkin can't be without it.

The coffee if made to the way you order it it is good. PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE! Plan at least an extra 15 mins when going there. Bagels are NEVER toasted, still cold even asking for it to be toasted twice. NEVER ONCE when I ordered food did it come out right. People that work at this location either need to be trained longer or retrained the right way by the proper management. Would not be sorry if this location closed.
