Zaffiro's Pizza

Google told me that it wasn't busy at Zaffiros but it definitely was. I was here a few years ago for a food tour but this time I came with some friends and we had a great meal. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table but once we ordered the food came out pretty quick. We got an order of cheese bread, onion rings, and French fries to start out. We then got a large meat lovers pizza to share. We were all full when we left and it only cost us $15 bucks a piece for the food. Serious value mixed with great food. Would make a great date spot. Good decor and with an old school vibe.

Tasty thin crust pizza. Suggest requesting light on the pepperoni. Ours had a lot, which, along with the sausage, made the pizza kinda greasy. Check out the photos. But, service was good and, best of all, they have Blatz and Schlitz in bottles! ;Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

We were greeted cordially by the staff. We ordered cheese sausage pizza with diet coke and tiramisu. The pocket pinch was around 25$. This place has one of the best thin crust pizza in the area. We Loved the pizza. It was enough for two. Even the tiramisu was yummy.

Their fried eggplants was soo good although I had to save some aside and make space for the pizza. Their thin crust pizza was also very good and to end things I had their tiramisu and my brother had the Spum gelato. Best of Milwaukee! We ended up here after a day running around and had the thin crust cheese pizza. The baking technique made this the crispiest thin crust we had ever had - it’s definitely in the top-tier of our all-time favorite pizzas! It’s family owned and operated, and we felt incredibly welcome!

I always have to try the best pizza in each new city I visit, and for Milwaukee, my research led me to Zaffiro’s. Their “Milwaukee style” thin and crispy crust was very good. Since it’s Wisconsin, their cheese is delicious as well.

Update. Changing to 5 star. The pizza was amazing we picked up our order. Got 7 pizzas for 9 men it was the perfect amount. Definitely recommend everyone to give this place a try. I couldn't give it a 5 star due to when we called in a large order 5 pizzas the woman was short and had an attitude about us asking for delivery. We were less than 4 miles. Anyways, we picked it up ourselves. The pizza was great if you like thin crust. All around, good flavor, and next time I'm working in Milwaukee, I will try again. I'll just plan to pick it up and not even ask about delivery.
