First time here while visiting Milwaukee and I was not disappointed. We had a fabulous lunch. I had the spicy sausage and pepperoni calzone, we also had a pepperoni pizza. All was delicious. We shopped after eating and enjoyed the store. Looking forward to coming back.
I love coming to Glorioso's! They have the best selection of pasta sauces and fresh made pasta. They also have an extensive selection of wine to choose from! In addition, they have a great deli to get meats and salads. They also have a variety of cheese and bread!
Best Italian beef in the city! Great desserts. Excellent food. 8/10 on attitude/friendly environment, would be a 10/10 if the guys in the back that make the sandwiches were a little more friendly, everyone else the exception. Have tried the Italian beef , black cherry cheesecake , parm chicken sandwich, calzone . Prices are excellent on the sandwiches. Dessert are expensive but worth it if your a sweet tooth like myself. They also have a outside sitting area in a great neighborhood right off Brady. I hope this place stays open forever!
Frutti de mare, breaded cheese Ravioli, pizza bread, spanikopita, white chocolate covered canoli and pizza sauce are some of the mouthwatering items I grabbed from this Milwaukee gem. The customer service is always top notch and the employees are always friendly. It's always a great shopping experience, if you can snag a parking spot.
Absolutely incredible! First time here and within 3 minutes of entering Michael Glorioso stopped me to ensure I was finding what I needed. Family owned and operated. Impeccable service and curated selection. Human torch sandwich was one of the best Italian subs I have ever had. I will be back!
This place is fantastic. Great vibe. Polite employees. Seating inside and outside. Great choice of pastry, sausages and other delicious Italian things. Highly recommending.
I could spend a $1,000 in here if I had the time! The employees are top notch and the food is unreal. I’ve always thought the best Muffalatta comes from Central Grocery in New Orleans, but the Milwaukee Muffalatta at Glorioso’s is right there with them.
Great import store. Reminds me much of the one I grew up near on the south side of Chicago. Excellent selection of any Italian cooking item or product you can imagine. Their branded sauces are extensive and even include a puttanesca which is quite good. They have fresh made sausages and a deli that is quite good.
Food is good but extremely rude service. A man working proceeded to bash me and mock me after I asked if I could get 2 slices of cheese on the side for my sandwich. He assumed for whatever reason that I wanted this side for free and started asking other customers if they wanted their food for free too. I was completely prepared to pay for this yet he disrespected me. Other customers there at the time came up to me after the incident and said he shouldn’t get away with saying that. I know he must be a sad man but I hope he can learn how to treat others with respect.
I’ve been there several times by myself and with my daughter. Everything we’ve bought or ordered has been delicious! When we order we know it’s going to always be very tasty so we will come back over and over. **********UPDATE********** I wish I could give them another Review. I’ve now been to this wonderful gem countless times. You pay for way you get here, QUALITY! The week of Thanksgiving the owners were there greeting their customers and making sure everything was to their satisfaction which was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The friendly owners and staff go above and beyond to make your experience flawless.
