New York Pizza Delivery

Had an order set up to be delivered at 10:30 a.m. and the two large pizzas showed up at 11:15 a.m. These were ordered the night before so they had a heads up on it. A note was added that they were to be cooked well done. It was not when we opened the boxes. I heard a lot of great things about this pizza but this time was a tank

If you want OLD FOOD here’s the place to get it from!!!! I ordered a corn beef sandwich with fries, the corn beef was sooo DRY and CRUNCHY it wasn’t edible at all oh and the fries DRY and OLD. Literally a wast of my MONEY and TIME. I highly recommend not eating here save yourself the trouble and go someplace else!!!!!!

Pickup is great the food is hot tastes good and is ready in 15 minutes. Delivery, however, was not. Estimated delivery time VIA uber eats was 25 minutes but took an hour to receive my order. My food was cold and fries were soggy due to packaging lemons placed on top of food in my container-fish and fries.They also forgot 1 of my cheesecakes. Delivery orders might be put on the back burner all of my pick up experiences have been great.

A few days ago my ordered food for me and my family from there. I start off with the pizza too much cheese, way to thick and couldn't tell there was any pizza sauce. Chicken: it was good but too greasy. French Fries: texture felt like there was sand on my tongue from them. They were too seasoned. My husband ordered from there an hour ago tonight. Ordered the philly steak and cheese w/fries and the BBQ Wings. My husband wanted his Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich a certain way. Just the meat and cheese. Instead they put onions, and mushrooms on it. He can't have mushrooms because he is allergic to mushrooms and they put mushrooms on it. He took a bite out of it and he didn't know, he ended up with allergic reaction. BBQ Wings: texture to the chicken doesn't even feel right and it didn't taste like no BBQ. Also they weren't wings either. Wasn't the best like I thought. Not satisfied with NYPD and very disappointed.

I requested to have my pizza half cheese and half sausage as usual and it was incorrect. So I called to request a new one and they told me they don’t make it that way. I inform the young man i get it that way every time i order. He continues to tell me I am lying. Then I requested to speak w/a manager You can here him say to the person can you tell her that we don’t do half and half pizzas and he puts a lady on the phone he just yells we don’t do half and half on the first as I was trying to talk. Then I yell her that’s not acceptable and requested my order correct because they could called and informed me. She says well we don’t. The both of them was so unprofessional and I am livid. I have always had great experience with them today ha made me not want to ever shop with them again. My fries are soggy and my fish is half done very soft. The location is 231 E North Avenue

Don't order from here. They lost my order after I paid 37.95 for a large pizza. I was ripped off and when I called the woman was rude. NEVER AGAIN!

Manager and Staff were having a disagreement when I came to place order. I was not acknowledged for up to the first 5 minutes of me arriving. Pricing is very steep $22 for a 14in large pizza

Great food depending on when you go there l still recommend this place but l would rather go there when it's not too busy or dead l have gotten over cooked food there but they always make good on it so yes go there

Absolutely not ever going back. I was given the pizza without it being cut into slices. Dough was premade. I didn’t seem cooked through. And it was expensive 20+ for a large.

Every time I am in the area I have to stop here. Their pizza is AMAZING! Really reminds me of pizza I had when I was in New York. The pizza is fresh and amazing. Fresh and fast. The service is great. They sell more than just pizza, they have good wings and tenders are fresh and taste amazing. Sadly I can't get the same quality in Chicago.. You guys have come here for the Pizza!
