This doctor is heartless. He makes poor old (non-VIP's) wait for 2 to 3 hours and then sees them for 5 or 10 minutes without even looking them in the face. His patients are mere insurance numbers. He may be qualified as a medical doctor but healing is also compassion and from the heart and for this he fails dreadfully... as do many doctors today. In fairness docs have far too much paperwork, he has surgeries and analysis to do, but it is unfair to make old codgers who have no power nor threatening force so the docs can do as they please and if one does not like it they can lump it to use another obsolete cliche. His staff has the same arrogance and they support the docs apathy, EXCEPT Ashley who was very understanding kind fair and she listened so stars to her but the others hung up the phone twice. I'm certain it 's not the first time they have hung up phones. My mother is practically blind so why she even needs to see this man is to be questioned. Amazing Grace is needed but not to be found. My eye doctor called in to get me seen. I was seen that day. Dr. Zacharia was very professional, thorough and informative. He didn't just provide me with a treatment and a treatment plan but wanted to look for a root cause to what was causing my issue. He sent over a request for blood work and xray to my primary care. He then followed uip with me on the results. He provided me with piece of mind by showing me that he cared and I was not just another patient.

Cost me hundreds of dollars in non insurance covered tests, now they want to charge aprox $30 plus 30 cents a page for my records !!!

Dr. Zacharia is an excellent doctor! He is incredibly knowledgeable and competent. The reason he often runs late is because he gives his patients all the time they need - answers every last question, no matter how small. I agree that there's often a wait time, but it's worth it because you'll get the best care. I have always found his staff to be 100% professional and kind as well. I highly recommend this practice, especially for patients who have atypical eye problems.

He is not someone you want to go to. I had to leave after waiting for two hours. Got a call from him to tell me I'm not a VIP and should expect to have to wait.
