What started with a great sales pitch to move over my mortgage from another lender resulted in a really frustrating experience. I was told my mortgage rate was locked in with the agreed upon rate in April and I provided all required documentation asked for. A month later I stopped hearing back all together. I tried booking both in person and phone appointments, both either being cancelled or ghosted. Horrible customer service experience. I had to refinance with my current lender as I didn't trust YNCU to keep their word. With the interest rates continuing to climb since, I'm glad I did this because it's been 2 months since my follow up emails and I never received a response.
YNCU offers a wonderful community-based alternative to the big banks. With this, you get the care, friendliness, and knowledge that you deserve. This branch is lovely and the team is unparalleled. Check it out!

Wonderful branch where you are always greeted with a smile! They take the time to understand your financial situation in order to help you setup the most suitable accounts.
They stole my money, arrrrrrg, I am in financial ruin now. I cannot feed my kids, nor my family. I will parish starving with my last breathes not making such a sound as to be noticed.
I love the staff at this location. Really passionate about their work and spend the time to make sure you are comfortable with your finances.
