The lady struggled to do a direct billing to my insurance and also tried to use all of my insurance money for one pair of glasses total of $700. She then said I could have store credit with the rest of the unused portion. Although the free eye exam was nice, I would be weary of going back.

the most AMAZING customer service.  The owner went above and beyond to help me and my son on two different occasions.  I highly recommend this store.

They did a great work and really patient with the customer, I got a eye check and I am really happy for it not because of the results but because of their attention and altitude.  Mr.N did a throughout check 3 times and more measure check later on in order to make sure it was accurate.  I feel bad when some of the people gave them bad reviews as they have some difficulties with online appointments or irrelevant topics as insurance cover and had a pre-assumption about their services without trying.  Recommend for first time.

I booked an eye test and only found out when I got there that they do not accept any form of insurance, it felt disrespectful of my time not telling me in the first place when I booked it over the phone.  Also prior to this review, there are a few responses from the owner to other reviews saying "Very nice and they did a great job with my nails and eyelashes : will be coming back!! Brgds Your Choice Optical" and I'm skeptical as to if the other reviews are made by real people or not after my experience

This optical is like a hidden gem. Not everyone knows.  What a service. I just walked it got sight test.  it’s free .  And The price of eye glasses and lenses is great Incase you are not covered by E.H.C. The best deal is Buy one get one free.  Thanks Nick

The service is great and the prices are great I had my glasses done within an hour and they were perfect totally recommended.

They did a wonderful job on my prescription sunglasses. Great service and surprisingly fast turn around time.

Tidy place with good price $45 eyes exam and it’s free if you buy a pair of glasses Dr.Nina Nguyen is very friendly, patient and super informative Have bought a pair for ~$400 This price is acceptable
