Youngstown Community Health Center (ONE Health Ohio)

I love it and won't ever go anywhere else. People want to complain about wait times, which are totally reasonable for a medical office. Some days are busy but everyone does their best and every provider cares.

This company has no organization to it what so ever. I've been going to them since around December of 2019. A few months before the pandemic. During that time in 2020 I had two different doctors and no one even called to say hey your doctor left. That created a mess with my medicine ‍. It also goes to show that the lack of care because it's a community health center shows. Just because we don't have higher paying jobs doesn't mean we're any less of a person.

I found this place to be wonderful. I have had 2 cavities filled so far. They were very thorough explaining everything they would be doing in the procedure. They were kind and gentle as dental stuff worries me. The are really busy and reaching them on the phone was difficult but as far as the dentistry and staff it more than makes up for that.

One of the best places I’ve been to! Stephanie Huston is absolutely amazing ! She’s treats me with so much respect and patience I’ve never had a better NP and the quality control nurse Jill wendell is an amazing coordinator. I highly recommend for any medical or dental!

if i could give 0 i would horrible they will make u wait over and hour and even if one if the appointments is on time with a suicide problems with one of your kids they wont care

This place is terrible for dental. My daughter had been going here for years and after seeing an orthodontist she needed 2 teeth extracted. I called to make an appointment telling them what the orthodontist said and I was told she needed to have her annual exam first whatever they just wanted money from the insurance but after the fact I was told to make an appointment to have the teeth extracted to get a phone call 2 days before the appointment to tell me they wont do it because of her age? She’s 15 and her mouth is too crowded. So yet another referral!! Not to mention I go to the dentist every 6 months and I had an entire tooth fall out!!! Shows how much they really check!!! This was the newton falls clinic by the way

Receptionist’s were kind, all of my procedures have been handled efficiently with patience and care.

The dental clinic is a joke. They do the bare minimum, clean your teeth, fillings and x-rays. They send you to other doctors to do caps, root canals etc. My sons cap came off and the doctor who put it on is no longer in business Dr. Nalluri. One Health Ohio is making my son have an exam and x-rays before they will refer him to another doctor to fix the bigger issue at hand. They milk your insurance. This is an unnecessary loop hole a parent has to jump through to get the correct care for my son. Unfortunately I have to do it since the Pediatric Dentist near me won't take my insurance without a referral. The receptionists are nasty and rude, you leave messages for the dentist and they tell you to give 24-48 and I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I can't wait to transfer my kids to dentist that does everything in one office and actually cares about the patient and not what money can be made off of them. Update: August 27, 2021 They now have cancelled both of my kids appointments that were on September 2, 2021 because Dr. Skurich won't be in the office. They won't be seen now until 9-23-21. This office is a joke. Update: September 23, 2021 Sitting at my children's rescheduled appointment that was at 4pm. It is now 5:07 and we have yet to be seen.

Worst place to go to for employment verification. I am currently having my documents withheld because I will not get my tb test completed here I went and had a physical done and still no paperwork has been issued. The clinic is stating they need results of my tb test, but this is due to me going elsewhere. My paperwork was completed all wrong from the md Micheal. It has been a complete disaster they want to keep my tb test and physical creating a barrier for me n my family. I have a job that is paying me very well and this company has done everything in there will to prevent me from working. This should not be allowed and please if anyone can help me resolve this issue please reach out.

Had a dental appointment waited for 39 minutes for the dentist to come in to numb my tooth when he finally numbed it he left for about 40minutes no one checks on you I finally had to leave without getting my mouth finished. They have the worst service in the world. Did I mention I waited 2 hours for a pap smear and they didn't do it correctly had to get it done a month later. I will never go there again
