Went to clinic as a walk-in. We ended up waiting about 3 hours to be called back for the exam. I know I shouldn't complain about the wait as a walk-in but it was a bit longer than I thought, and it wasn't very busy there. The staff was very nice and polite and the exam went quickly. They can help with financing which is great when you cant afford insurance. This was the first time going to this clinic and I will be returning when needed. I just hope the wait isn't as long when you have an appointment. Also they prescribed 650mg ibuprofen for tooth pain, when you can take over the counter 500mg and have the same results, bit of a waste of money for that.

I've been here a couple times and the most I've waitied as a walk in was 2 hours! But as about 5 minute ago the entire waiting room was ONLY ME for about 20 minutes! Like why have WALK IN AVAILABLE if your going to make ppl in pain wait hours in a hot room in massive pain? Your making just as much money from me as them! It's just ridiculous! Why is this an emergency dental clinic if you don't make the emergency a priority? I've had no luck with Refresh either they scheduled me for 2 appointment and closed the office the day of and never called. Make a day or two a week where you take walk in as an actual propriety!

This place is a utter joke. Like the rest of the St Elizabeth facility down there.

Excellent service at the St. Elizabeth Dental Clinic. In August I had 7 teeth removed by Dr. Neil not sure of his last name, but he was outstanding. No pain, no problems the next day I could eat. Three months later. After through consultation and professional services Dr.Awasalla was awesome! I give your team there an A+. Thank you for my beautiful smile.

I have an abscess tooth and I need antibiotics and pain meds to make it to my new dentist appt 6 days away. I was referred to the dental clinic due to they take walk in's at. 8am and 1pm. I was told I could be sitting there for a couple hours when I was on phone. I thought depending on 1st come basis. But while sitting there in tremendous pain after being the only one there at that time and registered. People were coming in and within 15mins they were called in the back. After 3 hours I was in soooo much pain with any ibuprofen that I took earlier to take edge off had worn off I couldn't rake it anymore I spoke to the nice receptionist and she said there were still expecting some more appointment's and will be another hour or so. I told her to cancel and will go to emergency room. Now, yes, they told me there would be a wait, however, I feel if they have 2 specific walk in times they should have a couple dentists that rotate to only taking care of walk ins 1st come basis and not have to wait for everyone with appts who does not have a painful situation that could be potentially life threatening. What's so funny is the sign in sheets, one with appts for people to sign in for pre made appts and the other, EMERGENCY WALK-INS. What a farce, there is no emergency to this walk in policy. That concept needs an overhaul.
