We’ll, inside it is, maybe, a regular CVS, but not really. Look at those windows. And the door. This is definitely historical building. I really enjoyed walking between the rows.
Not your friendly neighborhood pharmacy. First off 2 armed carjackings in the last 2 years out of there parking lot, then they lock the back door and make you walk to the street entrance. Not like creating your customers into targets or anything?! But then the cashier, in a white stained t-shirt checking ppl out.
Probably the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I’ve used CVS for years across several states and even more cities. This one takes the cake. Grossly understaffed, the pharmacy is borderline incompetent and does not communicate issues with customers at all.
EVERYTIME I GO INTO THIS CVS THE YOUNG LADY WITH THE BRAIDS HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON JUST RUDE AHE NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT I MEAN THEM OR THEY COMMUNITY SHE RUDE
They are supposed to open at 7. There are people inside but the doors are locked at 7:15.
Pharmacies aren’t usually anything to rave about, but the customer service is outstanding at this CVS. I have visited multiple times and every time I have been helped by a friendly cashier. I’ve gone for passport photos here twice, and both times they were fantastic whereas when I went to a Walgreens in the suburbs, they overcharged me for the worst photos that didn’t even meet the passport requirements. At this CVS, they charge 40c for copies of passport photos instead of another 14$.
This location needs to change their hours of operation. The door and website says they are open until 10pm. I have gone their multiple times at 9:35/9:40 and the doors are locked. The employees and security are hanging out inside chatting/laughing with their belongings in hand waiting to leave. If they see you at the door, they say they are closed. Change your hours or stay open until the time indicated on the door.
Worst cvs I have ever been too. Do not order photos here the 2 different machines they have print completely different quality of pictures. One is terrible the other is worse. Wasted an hour doing photos there for them to turn out bad and for the associates to tell me the promo code I had wouldn’t work and they couldn’t apply it. A waste of the 50 pictures I didn’t end up buying. I have used promo codes before at cvs and had no issues. I guess the associates just weren’t in a good mood. I will stick to Walgreens for all my photo needs.
In 2019 CVS health reported the 9th largest revenue of all corporations in the United States of America, yet they still can’t seem to figure out how to provide stocking information online. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve found an item online that says “only in store”- but won’t tell me which store. I then head to this location where they tell me that they’re out of stock. At least Walgreens will tell you that they’re poorly stocked before you waste your time traveling there.
This is either the swankiest CVS or the oddest CVS. Located in a historic bank building, you can either enter through a small, free parking lot or off of Ashland. The ceilings are unbelievably high which makes the lighting a little dim. They carry all of the standard pharmacy supplies and a decent selection of beer and wine. This location seems a little understaffed, the last time I went the line was five people deep with only one cashier. Maybe they should install a few self-checkout kiosks?
