If you have an injury or issue don't bother going any place but here. You won't leave your assessment until they have a plan to get you back up and running. I see Mike Conners and he's amazing. Also be prepared to work... this isn't the typical 'stick a hot pad on you for 30 min and take your money' place. Very strongly recommend Mike.

I attended the Free Running Talk on Sunday and must say I was very impressed. The next time I am injured and require physio I will be dropping by.So nice not to be told you should stop running!

I once drove from Fredericton to see Jill.  Jan is incredible, and Rhonda got my hamstrings to stop hurting by watching me stand.
