Hands on, research-based approach to physiotherapy.  Their expertise in the inclusion of a neural approach (vs only musculoskeletal approach often seen at other clinics) to pain has given results that can't be found at most clinics. 

The physiotherapists don't hook you up to machines while multi-tasking with other clients.  Your appointment will be with the physiotherapist and their undivided attention. 

I understand why a significant portion of their clientele will drive from far outside the city to go to this clinic!!

I've been a client of One to One wellness Center for the past several weeks. I highly recommend this clinic, from Jenn at the front desk who ensures your whole experience is wonderful and of course Tyler Dillman the physiotherapists who is skillful, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

I have been a client of One to One Wellness Centre for over 2 months & I highly recommend their services. Best massage therapist in Halifax & the physiotherapists are amazing.

I am a former physiotherapist myself and have used One to One Wellness for both personal training and physiotherapy treatment. I would recommend them before any other clinic in Nova Scotia. Heck, I sent my mom to them for physio treatment and she lives in another town an hour away...with a few of its own clinics to choose from. They provide excellent care and a unique approach to strength training that will get better results than any traditional gym. Can't say enough good things...just go check them out.
