I have been a client of Scotia Physio for many years. They have helped me keep moving and active, despite chronic back injury, muscle imbalance and the occasional acute injury ie broken wrist! I am able to do the things I love - run, hike and play with my dogs in agility. Recently Alison and Cynthia have helped me become pain free in running for the first time in years! They are practical, realistic, understanding in addition to being great evidence based practitioners! I feel like part of the family! The office staff are great too- I always feel welcome and cared about. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants a caring, holistic approach to physio. To say you are not just a number here is an understatement!
