My husband and I dropped in here while we were in town. We emailed them in the morning asking if we could stop by and we heard back IMMEDIATELY. Shout out to them for an amazing class! If you are looking for an excellent CrossFit and an even better community, stop in sometime!

Great hard workout. They are very helpful with getting the correct form and patient to keep showing you the right way to do it.
