Rondi's S.E.L.F. Fitness & Polelevation Dance Studio

I started attending Rondi's because I had injured my knee. She is working with me to strengthen the muscles around my knee so I can enjoy exercise again. I needed a trainer to help me get moving again. I have attended many types of classes offered at her gym and I have enjoyed each one. With so many choices working out is fun plus the instructors are fantastic.

There are no words that can truly explain what an awesome place this is! When it comes to gyms, there are many choices in Oswego but there is one thing that Rondi's offers that all these places do not: personalized attention. Rondi greets every member by name and focuses on meeting people's individual goals. The instructors are experienced and help you step out of your comfort zone while maintaining a safe environment. The facility is clean, there is a variety of classes offered, the people are so friendly and encouraging...there is nothing NOT to like! Do yourself a favor and try it out. I promise that you will not regret it!

I absolutely Love Rondi's!! From the very first day, the staff was very welcoming and eager to help me work on a fitness plan to meet my goals. There is an array of fitness classes to participate in, and many different machines as well. Whatever your fitness goals, the trainers are so helpful and keep you accountable. Even the other members are great, I've never felt self-conscience because everyone is so down to Earth and encouraging.

This place is legit. I live in Minneapolis but visit my sister regularly in Oswego. Totally comparable to classes at larger gyms. I did the Cardio Sculpt class which kicked my butt. Rondi is super nice & really makes you feel comfortable.
