Story

At York Med Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre, We provide physio and health care consulting for Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.

We have a professional team with experience in providing urgent and continuing health care. We treat sports injuries, work related injuries, neck, back & joint pain, headaches, post surgical orthopedic. etc.

We believe that education and knowledge related to your particular injury is key in order for you to self treat and optimally manage your condition. We aim to facilitate the healing process while avoiding re-injury.

Your physical health is our priority, our team is here to provide you with the personalized care you require.


Our approach to management usually involves you taking an active role in your rehab. You learn very specific exercises to re-gain normal function and how to incorporate this into your habits and postures.

All the staff at York-Med Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre are friendly and helpful. The caring attitude is consistent and helps to create a positive environment to foster wellness. I have been receiving physio from the very knowledgeable and extremely capable Mehran Moghaddasi. His caring manner and quiet encouragement have helped me to work on exercises tailored to my needs. He expertise in reviewing how the muscles, tendons and joints work together leads to discover and work on the areas most affected. I owe my steady improvement to his skills and encouragement.

I had the best experience at york med physiotherapy. Great team!! I dislocated my shoulder a few month back and have a very smooth and fast healing with help of Mehran the physiotherapist and David the Massage therapist. I definitely suggest this place to everyone and make sure to consult with Mehran . Mehran thanks for all the help I feel I have a brand new shoulder now. ✌️😁 Kami

Mehran Moghaddasi is a excellant Physiotherapist. i have had very good results from his treatment. The staff is very good and helpful too. A great team. Izhar Haque

Not the greatest service . I think the treatments did not do anything for me. Lots of talk but I didn get any good exercises that worked. The hands on work was also terrible. IT hurt!

The doctors are so knowledgeable and experienced and staffers are very friendly and respectful. Thank you Doctor Mehran to help me to start walking again.
