I have been a patient with MedRehab Group Richmond Hill for the past month. The physiotherapist who treats me is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and uses a variety of treatments during each visit to help me recover. He has provided me with several exercises to do on my own in between visits for stretching and strengthening and everything he has done over the last several weeks has helped me significantly. I felt improvement quickly and am having a consistently positive experience. The office staff are fun and knowledgeable and have offered me flexibility when making my appointments. I have attended a few physiotherapy clinics over my lifetime, and can honestly say, I am receiving excellent care and a personalized treatment plan that is helping. Thank you for the entire team at MedRehab Group for showing me the silver lining in dealing with an otherwise painful situation. I appreciate all the help!
The staff at MedRehab are amazing! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4 years! The massage therapist Craig, Chiropractor Daniela and Acupuncturist Babik are hands down the best team. They always get my body right while educating me on my needs. The front desk staff are also always warm and welcoming which keeps me coming back. 10/10 would recommend MedRehab! My body thanks you

I fractured a rib during a sports match. I have never broken a bone in my life so I was nervous getting treatment. Favouring certain muscle groups affected my posture and agility, especially around the neck and shoulders. MedRehab physio have been instrumental in getting my range of motion back. Hats off to Jackie, Noel and Diane. They took the time to explain the impacted areas of the injury and ensured I understood and was comfortable with the treatment. And always, the reception/admin area gave you a warm welcome. Thank you Ayeesha.
My family has been visiting the Med Rehab Vaughan location for many years now and we’ve always found relief for our medical issues by seeing their professional and friendly staff. We’ve tried physio and massage services, and most recently, acupuncture, and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Lucky to have them so close by and always so accommodating with appointment times.
This is the best place to get rehab…. First my daughter came here, then my wife and now me. Everyone is always so friendly and the staff is top notch. Very knowledgeable in the medical aspect. 5 stars all around.
As a nurse I am always mindful of place I chose for my health benefits. This review is way overdue. For over a year I have been coming to this place for massage, Physio, and chiropractic treatments. At this place staffs follows the rules and regulations of sensitizing recommended by ministry of health, they are equipped by professional and experienced staffs and everyone is really caring, kind, and compassionate . I really recommend this place to anyone. I also want to shoutout to the front desk Elizabeth, Anicia, and Christine for their warm greetings, accommodating customers with their needs and for their hard work. I love this place and it is wonderland for my tired body
The staffs are very nice to me and every time very patient to help me book the appointment. The Massage Therapist Lin, Larissa and Alla are knowledgeable and has excellent skills. I felt very relax after my session.
The team at MedRehab has been really excellent during the course of treating my back pain. All of the staff are very kind and knowledgable, and they've always done their best to accomodate my admittedly packed schedule. Noel has been my physiotherapist, and he's been wonderful in teaching me how to mitigate my pain. Highly recommend!
