Just had an Orbit Central Vacuum installed - it's Canadian company in Oakville. Raffi was great and proposed a very fair price with installation just yesterday and it was installed today. Other places tried to convince me to buy their unit and install it myself, but I'm glad I didn't and went with York Appliance. I'm pretty handy, but it was a bit more involved as the lines were glued to my old unit and we had to shift a few things around. Jerry my installer was amazing. He put it in and changed some pipe to work around other installations - all within 30 minutes. It would have taken me much longer. If you need a new Central Vac, go with York Appliance!

We hired York Appliance Services to have a high efficiency AmAirCare AWW 675 whole home clean air filtration system installed. This process from beginning to end was flawlessly handled by York Appliance Services representative “Raffi” who provided an impeccable on sight quote and the installation by “Lorne” was absolutely perfect and professional in every aspect. Lorne removed his outside footwear before entering the domicile and he wore a face mask properly the entire time during the install. The work was outstanding and incredibly clean and efficient. All work was completed in aprox 35 min. A splendid simple explanation was provided about the unit, questions were all answered promptly, invoice was provided and all boxes and refuse were immediately removed from the premises. A sure thing 10/10 service call. Both Raffi and Lorne well exceeded our expectations in every way. We endorse their services and products 100%. They are located at 2029 Avenue Road in Toronto proper.

So lucky to find this kind family over 30 years ago. Dad is continually fixing things on the spot with no charge when it takes 5 minutes. His son is very helpful with my needs, having a hairsalon and staff who is always abusing the vacuum. Thanks guys !

I highly recommend York. The fellow behind the counter repaired my Waterpik flossers while I waited. Cost was minimal. He seemed knowledgeable and honest . Made good suggestion re how to prevent problem recurring. York was recommended to me by an employee at a hardware store at Yonge and St. Clair also excellent.

Went in thinking my vacuum needed major work plug not working, blockage in one section and the kind fellow working fixed not only the plug, but also the blockage- both free of charge.
