I contacted I-FIX on Wednesday evening and made plans for them to come to my house to do a consult on my Samsung digital dryer. We both agreed on Sunday afternoon and both technicians showed up on home and with masks on which was so appreciated. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins. They were clean in their work ethic, polite and efficient! I’m so happy I chose I-FIX to fix my dryer, I will be recommending them to all of my customers, family and friends! Thanks I-FIX!!

Excellent service I called to get a quote on fixing a washing machine. A serviceman came within a half an hour and fixed it. Highly recommend..
Very overpriced owner completely lying his response Very overpriced, and also they contest their negative homestar reviews forcing you to post a receipt so take those reviews with a grain of salt. Shady. TLDR: 20 minute job, no replacement parts, $240 Called for washer repair. They were able to fix it just fine, an infant sock had gotten stuck so there were no replacement parts they just took it out. Thought it was a bit pricey for a job that took 20 minutes. Also annoyingly they told me there was a discount for cash versus credit or check so i spent half an hour walking to and from the bank they called when they finished and had to wait a few minutes for me to get back it took me longer to get the cash then to fix it. Anyways, I naively thought it was cash no tax since they didn't clarify what the discount was but then they only gave me 8 bucks off. I was trying to work from home and I would have really rathered to be working then waste 30 minutes for 4 bucks. My strong recommendation and I have gotten burned before. Do NOT hire anyone who is popular on homestars, you will pay a HUGE premium for their popularity. Re: owners comments below. Owner has NEVER contacted me. He is lying in his response. I stand by my review fully. The only reason I posted here was because he contested my homestars review as being fake which is SHADY. It wasn’t 1 star until you tried to call it fake. I was annoyed about the tax because you said a discount for cash and didn’t say how much standard is tax wasting much of my time getting cash for a couple dollars. Should have been upfront what the discount was. In terms of the general cost there are many repair people that charge less I have found them. Thanks.
