Andrew Conroy is an absolutely amazing physiotherapist, and I couldn't recommend him enough. If you are experiencing any kind of pain, don't give up until you have at least given him a try.
Josie is the best Chiropractor ever!!! She is patient, dedicated and with a lot of attention to detail. I started coming here since years ago, the moved to Hamilton and haven't found someone as professional as Josie. Soooooo I travel all the way from Hamilton just to be treated by her. Keep up the great work.
I've only been here for Chiropractic visits so far, and I'm so, so glad I started seeing Josie for adjustments. She is amazing! She is so personable and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I've been to several different chiropractors in the past, and she is BY FAR the best. If I ever move out of the city, I think I'd travel to see her.
My massage therapist's business closed so I needed to find a new massage therapist. I opted for the Yonge Sheppard Health Centre due to good reviews on Google and short distance from my workplace. My neck was unable to bend more than 10 degrees to the left and 30 degrees to the right. My shoulders, chest and neck were incredibly tensed. I hoped that by going here, I would be able to get rid of a majority of the tension in my body. I didn't know which massage therapist to book with they have 10 at this location so the receptionist booked me with Stacy. Stacy is a nice lady however I was very disappointed in the massage. I booked for a one hour session and it ended up being a one hour conversation rather than a relaxing massage. I would have to take partial blame since I didn't ask that I rather not talk and continued the conversation. My body was unable to relax since there was a conversation going. When the massage was done, I realized that she forgot to do my chest, which was much needed. In the end, none of my original problems were cured or alleviated. I went to bed that night and realized that my shoulders and back were noticeably more tensed. I am still unable to bend my head to the left and right properly. Originally I was planning to try different massage therapists in the clinic to find the right person for me but due to my first experience here, I will probably find another clinic. I was quite bummed to be out $98 and had none of my problems fixed.
Best health centre. It has been more than 4 years i have been going there. Jeffrey is a top notch massage therapist and Josie their chiropractor is fantastic. I am an athlete and you can imagine what a piece of work I could be for treatments but they never disappoint.
Josie, the Chiropractor, she is magical! I never believe in Chiropractor until I met her. She adjusted my back instantly! Josie has a lot of knowledge, and she cares about her clients! I would definitely recommend her!! Amazing person.
I have been visiting here for my knee and shoulder injury. Both Jonathan Physio and Josie Chiropractor have helped me recover from my injuries and I am now able to get back to normal. I am now able to walk properly and I feel more relaxed after chiropractor sessions. I would recommend people working desk jobs and computer jobs to definitely visit Josie as she is an excellent person and a good human being. Thanks
Consistent, reliable and holistic care. Josie is the best chiro I've ever been to! I've been seeing Alina RMT for 8 years - she is absolutely wonderful and brings such care and persistence to each appointment, there's a reason I won't visit anywhere else - would absolutely recommend!
