Back In Action is a multidisciplinary clinic with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Registered Social Workers, Registered Kinesiologist and Holistic Nutritionists. Our mission at Back in Action Health Clinic is to provide superior evidence-based multi-disciplinary care to the general population and athletes alike in the North York and Toronto community.

At Back in Action Health Clinic we strive to promote optimal performance in both activities of daily living and athletic endeavours.

An amazing place! Highly recommended. I have been seeing Dr. Mechanic for a while now and she is top notch in the field.

Have been coming here for years to see Lauren. Always leave feeling better than when I came!

Once or twice a year i do something to my back and am in terrible discomfort.  I make an appointment with Lauren and after one or two visits I feel good again.  She is a pleasure and highly skilled.  I have no hesitation recommending them.
