Mom and baby course is great! Lovely instructor and a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms. Learned some great post delivery exercises to do for my recovery and some massage techniques that my baby loves. Highly recommend.

Cleatlight's prenatal yoga class was my favorite after trying a few different ones aroud town. She really prepared me for birth, which went very well and with no tearing!! My husband and I also did her couples workshop which was ever so enlightening. i am now about to start mom and baby yoga. HIGHLY recommended.

I *really* enjoyed both Clearlight's prenatal class and momma baby yoga. The classes are not only informative, but Clearlight creates such a warm, welcoming space. Even though I had my babe with me in the yoga class, it felt like a break, and it was great connecting with other moms. A real mood-booster.

I have been a long-time student of Clearlight’s and have participated in her mindful, pregnancy and mom-and-baby classes. She is an exceptional teacher and it is clear that she truly embodies and lives her own yoga practice. I highly recommend!

I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy but was allowed to do prenatal yoga and swimming. After the birth, I did yoga with the baby. It helped with my core strength. Seventeen years later I am still practicing yoga at yogaspace. I feel so much better after my practice!
