Acroyoga Montréal

I attended and received my certificate as a Level 1 & 2 Acroyoga Montrèal Instructor during the 2017 Teacher Training in Montrèal, Canada led by husband & wife team Eugene Poku & Jessica Goldberg and their assistants Jill Campbell and Mackenzie Fleetham. The vigorous 200-hour course I was immersed in was a challenge physically/mentally/spiritually that anyone who considers teaching this modality of exercise should and must participate in. Combination movements and skills became progressively more difficult and are designed for the participant who maintains a serious level of physical conditioning. This is the second 200-hour yoga certification program I have attended and am very proud to have been able to take group classes with the legendary Poku/Goldberg team as well as many hours of private lessons fine tuning my technique with J. Campbell and M. Fleetham. I came alone and over the course of the month's training found myself partnered with a wide variety of other athletes in size and skill.
