I contacted Lisa MacLeod's office after I attempted multiple times to get in touch with Ontario Health Insurance Plan with no luck. I am so pleased that someone suggested I ask them for assistance. From the initial call I could tell they cared and wanted to help. I received 5-6 follow ups during the process to keep me up to date and got a positive decision that I can directly attribute to their efforts. I won't forget the effort Lisa's office made on my behalf. Thank you so much!
