Story

Ying Fat is a family-owned business that has been around for decades. Our main product line consists of soybean products, made fresh daily. Our major products are fresh tofu, pressed tofu, and soymilk. We also have other products that are derived from these, such as tofu puff, deep fried tofu, etc.

Aside from soy products, we also sell a variety of non-soy products, some of which are made in-house as well. Examples are gluten and dace fish paste.

Over the years, our workers have developed and honed their skills to bring out the best quality possible given the quality of our basic ingredient, dried soybeans.

One of the best tofu factories in Edmonton! Great selection and they speak a variety of languages! I go back all the time!

Super fresh made TouFu and soy products, highly recommended, always go there buy TouFu, TouFu jelly, fried old TouFu and some red beans, soya sauce etc.

This is the place to get fresh soy milk and other soy products. You can get tofufa here with the option to purchase the syrup too. They also sell a bunch of sauces, some are hard to find in other grocery stores. Make sure to finish the soy products within a few days to a week because there is no preservatives so they go bad quickly.

This is THE spot to hit for some freshly made sweet tofu dessert bean curd, soya milk or other tofu/soy products. Come here if you want authentic Chinese soy food products!
