I came during working hours, and tried to enter the door that was not indicated as "only employees"....and it was locked but i heard many voices behind that door. They had no signs indicating for new customers where to go since they have more than one door, and did not bother to check if the door was unlock or not. Even after they heard that I was trying to open the door they didn't bother to check it. I gave up because it I did not feel welcomed, and I left.

I buy supplies here for my wifes fancy baking hobby and its far cheaper than Michaels, Superstore, etc, for much higher quality. You can get great fondant for cakes, and awesome ingredients, materials etc for baking.5KG of this stuff costs as much as 1KG of similar product at canadian tire or michaels. They are happy to help a big business customer or a small home baker.

Literally standing here at this moment and have never had such bad service in my life. Incompetency level is high today. I called an hour ago to ‘reserve’ my one bag of chocolate I want. I left voicemails and emailed. I come here. Not a customer in sight. And I am dealing with deer in headlights here. Wow. Just wow. One star was given because I ‘had’ to give something. ...been here a half hour since I write the above paragraph. Still the only person in here. I hear many ladies laughing somewhere behind closed doors. Did I get the cover off staff?? This is ridiculous. Total waste of time.

Absolute worst service. No one was around to help me collect my order and the reception was really rude. Avoid if possible.

I have never been here before. Google often decides that I have been somewhere when I have been stuck in traffic. Will have to check this one out and give it a proper review.
