I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as i walked in and was looked after right away. I had 3 pairs of pants to be taken up and i was immediately shown tl the changeroom so i could put on my pants to be marked for where they were to be hemmed. If your not in a hurry and can wait a couple days its only $7.99 per pair of pants and even if you want them done the same day its only $9.99 per pair. I waited 2 days and went in and they were ready. Also you pay when you pick ul your items and not beforehand when you drop them off.

They wrecked my very expensive jeans. Worst hem ever. Went back to complain and received the worst customer service. This place sucks.
