Outstanding. 5 Stars without question. They went the extra mile without ever meeting me. Had a problem at the house and my clothes and kids toys were contaminated. Clean up crews took some of my personals to Magiclean to be correctly treated. They had everything done super fast, and went the extra mile with my son's favourite stuffed toy to make sure he was happy. When I emailed the team thanking them, I received a fast response from the owner. That's service. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I had my first ever dry cleaning experience here this past summer and thought the level of care and customer service was phenomenal. After a recent house fire has left me homeless I was happy to hear they were the one's appointed by the restoration company and that they were able to clean all of my clothing. I was surprised when I found out everything that I had in the house was salvaged from the dogs blankets to my linens, suits and clothes. There was 0 smoke smell and it all came back folded or hung on hangers and neat and tidy! Kim has been phenomenal during this difficult time having hand delivered many of my articles and most recently the balance of 26 bags of linens and clothing have arrived. The service has been exceptional and friendly and I'm glad to have them around. Keep up the awesome work and level of 5 star service!

My family have been customers of magiclean services for 20 plus years and they have never been disappointed . Honestly I don't think I have ever used another service as the quality of work and care for their customers is superb. Tonight they took it to another level. I'm in a wedding party this Saturday so we dropped off the suit on Thursday to be dry cleaned and pressed. Friday rolled around and we completely dropped the ball and forgot to pick it up. No excuse really we just blew it. After realizing this an hour after they closed we both were frantically calling, posting on social media, emailing, knocking on the window to get the suit as they would be closed for Canada day. I had pretty much lost hope and called the groom and apologized when the owner Laura called us at 845 an hour and a half after they closed and offered to meet us in the shop and get us the suit. Un freaking believable. I will never use another dry cleaning service. Its Friday night of a long weekend and Laura thought enough of me and her business to go way beyond and save my sorry ass. It's so rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its relationship with its customers and I want Laura to know it means alot. Thank you again. So magiclean is awesome and all of you should use them as your exclusive drycleaning service.

I recently had a house fire damaging a good portion of my house and the goods in it. All of my cloths, bedding, towels exc. were very smoky and smelled terrible. this company came to my house took and cleaned everything. i was in in hotel for 4 weeks they actually came to the hotel and dropped of just the cloths so i would have them to wear, then dropped off the rest once i was back in the house. I strongly recommend this company :)
