I studied Fashion Construction and was in the fashion business, so I am educated on the whole process and what needs to be done. I didn’t have time, so I went to this place. I had my coat's sleeves shortened here for $58, which I thought was reasonable for a professional job. In the end, absolutely nothing was done professionally. Here are three main reasons besides bad sewing in general: No interfacing No shortening of the lining No pressing Without these steps, I can feel the bulging lining in my fitted sleeves; the sleeve openings don’t stay nice and structured. Rude things they said to me: Me: I will be writing a bad review. Female owner: Go ahead, we have so many customers already, we never had such a problem. The female owner doesn’t care for new customers and is unaware that they deliver inadequate alteration compared to others in the industry. Sewer: I don’t believe you, and I think you are lying, and you just want a free job done. Otherwise, why wouldn’t you put on the coat so we can fix it? Is it that hard for her to believe that someone is upset with her unprofessional work after I listed all the reasons for her? Why do I need to put on the coat? I am pointing out construction issues, not tailor/fitting issues. Her logic is so off. Eventually, the male owner refunded me the total amount after I insisted to get it fixed else where even without my refund. I will take my coat to get fixed and upload the before and after photos once it is done.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

We've been taking our laundry here for 6 years and the service and the quality of work have always been outstanding. Update: this is still the best dry cleaner. It's surprising I can feel so passionate about a dry cleaner, but really, they're great. The tailoring and alterations are great too. I needed some pants hemmed on a short timeline and they were able to make it work. Thank you!

Destroyed my Coat! Beware of their tailoring!!!! Don't use. they can't sew a straight line. Took a Canada Goose parka to replace a broken zipper and they destroyed my coat. The zipper isn't sewn in straight, there are loose threads, bunches in the material and the snaps don't fit because and are misaligned so the front of the jacket doesn't stay closed. Even worse is that they just cut the old zipper out and so cut down the coat material making it harder for anyone to try and fix it again. The owner was rude every step of the way, and I should have known better when I dropped it off and he rolled his eyes because I had sourced a new zipper myself. "I have two hundred zippers in a box" he said while laughing at me, and I should have left right then. When he said he'd have to replace the snaps, I told him as long as they fit like the originals, I was happy and he snapped back that of course they would fit and treated me like I was stupid for asking. The new snaps they put on are too small and don't fully fit the original snaps, they're also misaligned so the front of the coat no longer stays closed. The original snap receivers are a standard size and each one has its size etched on it, so it's not some speciality mystery to find the correct size. When I called to work out the situation he would only offer to try again and fix it and wouldn't refund me for destroying my coat. Fool me once, shame on me, I'm not trusting these amateurs again. It looked like an apprentice had used it for practice. There was no skill at all. They shouldn't be allowed to say they're qualified to do alterations, they are clearly not. They did a good job cleaning the pants and fixing the hem of one pantleg. Also their pricing is very reasonable.

Worst dry cleaning and ironing experience ever. I would do better in my own.

Great job my blanket is so clean now and I've been sleeping soundly in bed every night, it is so nice to have a soft comforter again. it's good as new. Please keep working hard!Service: General bedding cleaning

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business and the entire family. Everyone there is absolutely genuine in their desire to help, and does impeccable work. We had a major, last minute emergency with a dress that needed a lot of complex altering, extremely urgently and they without question, saved the day for us. You put a huge smile on my daughter's face for her confirmation day and we can't possibly offer you enough thanks for this. You truly went above and beyond. Very friendly and personable owner. We have taken leather jackets, Canada Goose, comforters and regular dry cleaning here and it is always well done. They do a great job on tailoring here too. They did my wife’s wedding rehearsal dress and my bulletproof vest from work. So they can handle a lot of diversity.
