Bought an electrical hot water pot November 2020, stopped working as designed in March 2021. It has a year warranty so we took it in. ITs almost mid June and their First Markhan place store no longer answers the phone and no message machine. When i contacted their HQ, they say they are waiting for a part! When i asked for a replacement or refund as my 92 year old mother in law is still waiting for it, Heidi called back the same day and say its working now!! I said its working but the water is no longer hot enough for tea and the temperature light is no longer on! Three months later and it looks like magically they say its working without "the replacement part" they were waiting 3 months for?????? Previously i boughr oven exhaust hoods and other stuff from them but unlikely will buy anymore. VERY disappointed! My 92 mother in law out of pocket for a hotwater pot and its not cheap.
