The staff are friendly and very helpful . They give good advice on sofa which I can use for basement living. Furnitures are not over priced and it’s really good. The delivery person Dinesh is very polite and listen to our instructions. He fixed the sofa neatly and took away the mess of wrapping boxes with him. The owner is approachable and answering all my questions without getting annoyed. Also understand my urgency and deliver the furniture within two days. I would definitely go again to buy furniture for our future needs.

Thought we were getting a good deal, only turns out everything we bought wasn't available on the day of shipping. They call at 830 saying they didn't have our furniture and instead offered different variants. When we chose a 'similar' one, it wasn't the same and was missing the built in box spring for a bed. Which we didn't buy because the furniture was supposed to have it. Didn't tell us after having a month to do so, so we had to settle for a different bedroom set. We bought a sofa from them, and the slow closing latch on it broke within 4 days, after trying to call them constantly no answers.

They use MDF on custom-made wardrobes. Mine broke within 1 week. Poorly made structures. They charge thousands for poor quality items that you can buy on wayfair or elsewhere that are made from authentic materials and wood. I highly recommend steering clear of purchasing anything from them.

We went to the Kennedy location to buy a bedroom set and the advertised price was $ 4800 + tax for a 7 piece package. They manage there gave us a price of $5600 including tax delivery and assembly + box spring for 8 piece with an extra nightable after calling the other owner from everest furniture they said they cannot offer the second night table and didn't reduce the price either . So we walked away and decided to go into everest furniture located in Finchdene. They had the exact same set there and hiked up the price to $7500 plus tax. They said the manager at the other store gave the wrong price and didn't honor the price listed on the bed. Don't go and buy furniture here. They will scam you and hike up the prices between the 2 stores. Go to Sankanai furniture store much better quality and prices

Amazing quality of service and prices, waited for me to arrive even after closing after a very long day of searching for a queen box spring for the right price. I called they said they had one available and for a price the wife and I were pleased with. They were even willing to deliver it to our home, after hours which was genuinely appreciated. If you ever need quality furniture at affordable prices, definitely check out Everest Furniture. If it wasn’t for them, we would have been sleeping on the floor last night. The prices are very high even they put banners everywhere on sale but very expensive and low quality furniture dont wast your time to go for there garbage.

Poor customer support, especially by store manager Vicky. They don't even take note of our orders properly nor deliver it promptly. Overly priced and defective furnitures. We made a mistake by bulk ordering bed set, dining set, sofa set for our new home and they give you bogus dates of delivery as everything is changed at the last minute and items that are delivered later don't match your order. Please don't waste your time here. If there was a no star review, I would have given it no rating.

Went to buy a Sofa set and a Mandir. Apparently 4 ppl working all sitting and talking with one customer. When we went in they asked if we wanted help, I said we were looking. We finished looking and went looking for help after selecting 2 sofa sets. As we waited to find the price on it, no one helped. All were sitting with one customer chit chatting while their financing went through. I honestly couldn't tell who the customer was or who the employee was. Eventually one lady noticed me, by this time, I was beyond annoyed, but still wanted to know the price on one set. The price they told me was ridiculous. Left the shop and drove straight to Virk Home Furniture and bought the perfect recliner set which was much more affordable.
