Yakima Plumbing Department

I called Todd at Yakima plumbing after asking a friend if he knew any plumbers. I told him I needed shower trim, 2 sinks and a toilet installed. When he showed up for the appointment he was unshaven and took one step in the door looked at the toilet and said “that’s all I need to see I can’t help you with anything” . I understand if the toilet was complicated and beyond his skill level but we wouldn’t even look at the shower trim or the sinks which were all extremely easy jobs. Very, very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I would pick a real plumber that will actually help you or at least lead you in the right direction. He made me feel weird for having a nice toilet! Sorry Todd my toilet wasn’t down to your standards.
