WoW this store was the only one from here to Spokane that had what I need for my project in stock, after learning about Akland & how he understands pumps and curve plus his selection of parts. Didn't need to shop anywhere else he had just about everything I needed and more for my major project. This place is the best around, 5 Star. Dealt with Dylan from beginning to end. What a great guy. Replaced my pump/control box/plumbing and had water to my house in a matter of hours.
My grandfather took his pool motor there , they said the motor was the problem with the pool , 900$ later he gets a new motor and the same problem continues. They kept the old motor, we think there was nothing wrong with the motor in the first place , they just saw a money grab. You just took 900$ from a Vietnam veteran.
Went in today because my husband ran over our sprinkler head….. I had no idea what I was looking for and could only verbally discribe what I needed! Enter Tim! He nailed it and was able to help me get the exact pvc piping and sprinkler head I needed! I would have been lost without him today! I so appreciate the kind and friendly service I was given there! Will use them everytime
They clearly don't care. Three years ago I asked Akland to give me a quote on designing and installing a new irrigation system for my yard. After three rounds of asking and not getting a reply, I gave up. Yesterday Thurs morning I woke up to no water. Our well pump controller, which services three homes, is dead. Akland installed the system in the early 90's, so I called them for the emergency service. At 10:30am I was told that there were 4 "no water" work orders ahead of mine and they might get out to my property that evening if everything went well. They didn't show up, which wasn't entirely unexpected, but when I called back this morning they told me there were 30 "no water" work orders they were dealing with. When I asked how many were ahead of us, they told me there were "6 or 7" ahead of us and they definitely wouldn't get a tech out to us today. When I mentioned that I was told about 21 hours prior that there were only four ahead of us, they simply stated "We deal with these in order." I said OK and hung up the phone, and they'll never get my business again. They clearly don't want it anyway.
I find myself having to change my previous review of Akland Pump. Within the last year, we have called them twice, and they've shown up within 24 hours to fix what had derailed. They were polite and made good on their promises. I am thankful that I can remove my previous rating. Way to go, guys.
Great company, I bought a K Line set up from them and the price was alot less than I expected. Should have done this years ago. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Mark took the extra time to explain how to set it up and everything turned out great.
Had an excellent experience with Akland! Our pump broke and they came to check it out the same day even though they were booked out. Ezra, in particular, got the job done within a day even though it was a huge project. Very happy with my experience with Akland, would highly recommend ask for Ezra!
Bob was awesome. A real Allstars. After the horrid experience with Shanes diversified pump, Bob from Akland pump came out and had the water back on in a few hours. I cant thank you guys enough for the great service and for having a great worker like Bob. Extra points and recognition for Bob.
