Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We have a few older rentals that require a professional like Roto Rooter and there expert team to handle the crazy things that go down our properties drains at time. They have bailed us out many times. It was suggested to try a different company because they were a few bucks less. That did not work out. We are back for good with the Rooter gang. There experience and knowledge is tops and we are well pleased. I especially like the 30 day guarantee to come back at no charge. Call em. "and away goes trouble down the drain"

Had wonderful service! Robert was very helpful in diagnosing our problem and unclogging our plugged line. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. Very grateful for his efforts. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Yakima. Even with the 40 min drive to Ellensburg price was very fair. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Alec arrived on time, carefully covered wet shoes and equipment, fixed my problem quickly and professionally, and was helpful and supportive as I tried unsuccessfully to deal with my insurance company (AHS) who should have covered this repair but refused. I just had a very positive experience with this company. They fixed the water leaks in our bathroom by replacing the old style valves and copper pipes. They reached a point in the job where the original estimate did not cover additional necessary work but they did not charges us any extra even though there was a significant amount of extra labor needed. Needless to say I was very happy about this. I was especially please with Kevin who is a very professional technician who works efficiently and has a great attitude. Tim, who's in charge of the operation, is outstanding and really stands behind his work and his employees. I also dealt with Janine in the dispatch office who is absolutely wonderful to work with and provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs expert plumbing services!

Roto-Rooter was very responsive to my call for assistance. They reported onsite within 90 minutes, just as they indicated they would. The service tech was professional, polite, helpful, quite knowledgeable, and able to correct the problem in relatively short order. I definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to correct any sewer line/main problems. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
